Deliver expert creative direction for an Italian company making inroads into the Americas. Guided the brand in the development of the Visual Merchandising department. Report to VP of the Americas—guide and train wholesale and retail partners in the USA and Canada. Execute special projects to enhance visibility and brand identity. Create Global Visual Merchandising guidelines for company-owned retail stores and major wholesale accounts in the U.S. and Canada (Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, Holt Renfrew, and Harry Rosen).

Key Accomplishments

  • Led all facets of e-commerce seasonal product photo shoots for wholesale accounts in the USA. Supervise product pull, model search, photography, studio booking, and editing. Ensure compliance with company brand standards.  

  • Project manage pop-up shop installs in the Americas and UK.

  • Coordinate and manage events.

  • Collaborate with designer Marco Baldassari in the planning and organizing showroom set up in Milan and New York City.
